1. Refund & Returns Policy

At Naibi Beauty, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened cosmetic products unless they are faulty or not as described.

Free Returns We offer free returns on all eligible orders. Simply contact us via our contact form and we will arrange a prepaid return label for you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
